i am so disappointed with Virgin! i have rang 6 times to try to get a micro sim for my new phone and everytime i have been passed around, told the system is down or hung up on! ALL I WANT IS A MICRO SIM is it really that difficult Virgin?? i have tv, mobiles, internet and phone through you guys and you cant seem to complete the simple task of sending out a micro sim fo rme?!?!
