My mobile phone had been broken, so I replaced the SIM onto another phone. It works ok, but I cannot find how I can edit the details of my phone on my online account in Virgin Mobile.
On the website, Manage your account > Upgrade your phone, there is no option to input the details of my new phone.
Could you please let me know how I can edit the details on my online account?
If you contact customer services on 789 (0345 6000 789 from any other phone) they may be able to do it for you.
Normally these details are only changed in your account when the phone is purchased from Virgin.

Alex is spot on as usual, you have no need to change the detail on you account, I still have a phone from 8 years ago showing, the only Virgin phone I've ever had. They use it to check ownership and warranty, it's a pointless data entry
