the mssg says that 1471 is not available from this network - Virgin
you can always look on the call history it shows received answered/not answered calls and from there its 1 click to call no extra charges
That only works if it's a number that's in your phonebook if it's an unknown number then it won't show that's why I used 1471 as it used to work on my phone
