My mobile account has been suspended, i know i have a oustanding bill to be paid. But everytime i try to ring 789 its saying its barred. Can someone from virgin media please contact me so i can sort this issue out. It also says in my virgin account i have reached my credit limit but i pay for unlimited everything and the new system update is not allowing me to see what the credit has been put on for.

We're not able to access mobile accounts via the forum. You'd normally call 789 from the mobile but as it's barred you won't be allowed. For this reason I'd need you to call in on 0345 6000 789 from any other phone.
