help me

I still haven't recieved my emails to confirm my order I.e. e signature etc and I am getting rather annoyed.

Supposedly my order is still being processed but I got told on the phone when I ordered my phone it went through perfectly

Hi shaunmarieboyd,

I would suggest that you give Virgin mobile customer services a call on 789 from a Virgin mobile if you already have one

Or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone and see if they can tell you anything about your order.

I've already been on the phone to them constantly and they are just saying my order is still being processed even thou I got told different earlier on the phone. I just want my order to be fully confimred
