got new mobile and sim card, need to activate this whilst out in mexico, should this be ok?
upgraded phone and got new micro sim card, need to take this out to Mexico as is my daughters new phone, will it be ok activating whilst there. Don't want to get all the way there and find should've done it here. thanks

Welcome to the community, you can certainly give the team a call on 789 from any Virgin handset or 0345 6000 789 from any other line while you're away to activate the SIM.
You can enable roaming by logging into your online account. To do this, log in to 'Your Account', then select the 'Manage Services' tab. From there scroll down to the 'Roaming' section. Click the slider to the 'On' position, and you're all set.
