Not even out for the S5 as far as I can see.

EE were the last on the 30th June

Virgin should not be far behind

Re: galaxy s5 neo marshmallow update

The rollout has started properly in the last few days by the looks of the firmware list on Sammobile. No UK variant has got it yet though.

Re: galaxy s5 neo marshmallow update

Don't forget that if it's a virgin mobile they will change the to add/remove bits and bobs as they see fit. If it was bought sim free then it may be that as soon as the UK variant is available you can downloaded it.

Virgin are historically slow at putting out the amended software so don't expect t for a good while yet

Re: galaxy s5 neo marshmallow update

Just use Odin to flash the generic UK firmware. It's really easy and all your warranty indicators are untouched.

I've gone from Generic to 3 firmware on an S5 to take advantage of Voice over LTE (4G)

Re: galaxy s5 neo marshmallow update

Quick heads up, downloaded and installed "Marshmallow" 6.01 update yesterday on my S5 Neo.

All seems ok, just a couple of little things to sort out.

Re: galaxy s5 neo marshmallow update

Just a bit of a warning. If you use Google play music don't update, it stops it working. Seems to be a issue that's been ongoing with still no fix available.
