email address

I am in the middle of a complaint using the email I was given by virgin mobile of

**********@virginmobile.com

just had an auto resonse saying when sending to this address

"Hello,

 Sorry, we no longer pick up mails from this mailbox."

That's good from a communications company.

Anyone from Virgin like to give me an email address to escalate my complaint to?

I'm sorry that you think the email address theteam-at-virginmobile.com should be classed as personal and removed from my post but you have failed to offer an alternative. It is actually what this post is all about.

At least I received a badge!

I've included a link here to our contact us page for future reference as I'm not sure if you were directed to this previously. The complaints section at the bottom right gives the address you can send a letter into.
