I am in the middle of a complaint using the email I was given by virgin mobile of
just had an auto resonse saying when sending to this address
Sorry, we no longer pick up mails from this mailbox."
That's good from a communications company.
Anyone from Virgin like to give me an email address to escalate my complaint to?

I'm sorry that you think the email address theteam-at-virginmobile.com should be classed as personal and removed from my post but you have failed to offer an alternative. It is actually what this post is all about.
