Recently been told I could upgrade my phone early, yesterday, phoned up today to order a new phone and told that I can't unless I pay out the rest of my contract. Has anyone else had such conflicting information from Virgin mobile? I think they should all be singing from the same hymn sheet, it would make things so much easier.
I was sent a letter that said good news upgrade early upgrade at no extra cost. I fang to be told I would have to pay £40 early termination as the at no extra cost was about the phone part not tariff part of the contract. I have 2 contracts with the but not for much longer as I will be going elsewhere. well done virgin for sending out miss leading letters
