hi, i and my wife have a sim only deal on 3g thats 1gb of data (refresh date is 9/12/16), about 1 to 2 weeks ago i took the 4g 1gb deal but now on the website till 28/11/16 it is double data for the same money, i was wondering if its possible to change to this offer , i am unable to contact virgin via phone at the moment due to work commitments so any help would be appreciated.
unfortunately gbman states that he changed his tariff 1~2 weeks ago.
Tariff changes can only be made once in 30 days.
Trying to do as you suggest will likely result in:

thanks for your input alexkid, i managed to get 5 mins at work and spoke to virgin and the lady changed my sim only deal to include double data, so for those looking at this post and wishing the same just phone 789 and see what they can do, thou i have had problems with wifi and tivo in the past ( i have been lucky compared to some) i have always found the mods helpful and will put in the extra mile , maybe it needs just to be courteous and polite it can make a difference (speech over with lol).
