you don't say what phone you have.
Dependant upon the phone, might you have accidentally altered something within the settings that is preventing it from connecting to mobile data?
If this might be the case, you could look here: Phone Settings, select your phone & resend the correct settings (just follow the instructions in the link).
Once you have done that & restarted your phone, ensure that mobile data is turned on (turn WIFI off) & try to connect to the internet.

you don't say what tariff you are on. Is mobile data included in your call plan?Are you able to log into your account on line & check your allowance?
