Sadly little seems to be working at Virgn at the moment, the new tariffs have not been explained to staff. The stores still have old tarriffs in their books and on display in some occasions and the website is woefully bad. To top it of, the foreign call centre seems blissfully ignorant of any changes.
Can someone kindly post the options for data bundles for pay as you go along with the instructions for adding (and canceling) each? Strangely, there is no mention of data bundles any longer on the website. Thank you.
