virgin cut off my phones as I was a little late with a payment.
This would be bad enough, but I have not been able to contact virgin as their system is broken (I know, big surprise!).
It says to call 789 but you cannot as when you do, it just says call 789 and then cuts you off.
I have not had the use of my phones for a couple of weeks nearly. There is no email address and live chat is obviously just a con as it never works.
With no way to contact virgin all I can do is write a letter to the complaints team and pursue possible legal action after speaking with the ombudsman.
Hopefully I will get some kind of reply from this, but its clear that with no other way to contact the company, virgin has put its profits well ahead of the needs and service that virgin promises its customers.
