what a mess , i ve been with vm for 6 years now ,i have 3 contract phones and virgin media bundle , paying everything every month, tried to get new phone because my contract is nearly ending and after credit checked i ve been refused to take any phone even for lower contract!!!
what is it? does vm really want to loose customers?! why after soo long time being with vm , paying for so many years
