contract

hi. I applied for a contract with vigil on Monday evening. had the confirmation and the technical glitch at their end etc but still no word on whether they accepted me or not. If not I will just upgrade with O2 again but I heard how great virginmobile are so thought I'd switch. how do I find out what's going on. plus this is an Xmas gift so I need to know. Thank you
