changing tarrif

I'm on a £20.50 starter tariff and it runs out on the 29th of January, I want to switch to the £8 sim only deal, If I log into my account and try to change tariff it won't bring this offer up, do I have to wait until the end of January or do I need to phone in or possibly both

Hi there,

I would always advise phoning up to speak to someone to get what you want (even if that might mean having to politely end the call & phone again to get someone who knows what they're talking about ;-)

It's always better to have clarification & just in case I take note their name & time of the call should what they offer/advise not work out & you have to call back.

As long your within the last 30 days of your contact you would be able to change to a SIM only tariff

call the team on 789 or 0800 183 1150 and we can get this arranged for you
