change of tariff

I am currently on a 30 day rolling sim only contract, I have noticed recently that VM are offering sim only deals cheaper and better than the one I am currently on, my problem is that even though I can change my tariff up or down at anytime the better deals are not available to me can someone please explain.

Hi jennox123,

have you actually phoned the Virgin mobile team on 789 to ask about the tariff you would like?

I know from having read previous threads on this forum that it is not always possible to change your tariff on line in your "Account Hub"

However speaking to the team directly may facilitate what you are asking. Smiley Happy
