I've taken on the membership phone for a tennis club - how do I update the account holder name? I have all the login etc.and can edit the profile except for this.

Sorry to hear you're having difficulty changing the account holder's name. A change of name on the account can only be done by the Customer Services team.
You'd need to call them on 789 from a Virgin Mobile, 150 from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone. Alternatively, you can try speaking to the web chat team.
