Re: cant be heard when speaking sony experia aqua m4

Hi Padrepio,

Welcome to the forums Smiley Happy

Sorry to hear that you've had some trouble with being heard on your calls. I want to get to the bottom of this for you. Do you know if this happens in more than one area? I want to pinpoint the issue to see if a mast or the phone is responsible.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,

Mat

Re: cant be heard when speaking sony experia aqua m4

this is a well known problem with Sony handsets its the microphone in the handset rather than a network problem I have the z5 compact and it does this on both giffgiff and virgin only solution I know is to restart handset everytime and turn Google speech recognition off
