cant accept my online contract

I ordered a new phone today and they sent me a 3 step process to get the phone sent. The first step went fine but then second step is where the contract appears and it says to click the accept terms and conditions box but the box is not there. I can not move on from this step and its rather annoying.

I'm sorry to hear you're unable to proceed with accepting the contract online. I appreciate this is frustrating as you're eager to get it all signed so you can have your new phone.


What's the latest with this?

Have you tried using a different browser?

Do you get the same problem?


If you continue to have problems it may be worth contacting the team on 789 from a Virgin Mobile or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone.
