At first I am deaf. I have been live chat with them, I have save this as print out, cos i am very very very angry with them. Yesterday I did with live chat:- and
I inform them that I am deaf, and asked them to cancel mobile contract due 29th Dec (accroding to shop they say contact via live chat, but 30 days notice, so I accept that. however yesterday I did.
the person I live chat is "Shruti"
"For that you have to contact the Mobile team", so I asked for directly line or person who can, He / she keep saying
"You can get in touch with our virgin mobile team by calling on 789(from a virgin mobile) or on 0345 600 0789 from any other phone or on a free phone number 0800 1839146. the team is available 24/7"
let me ask you all need address this matter as I am very angry with VM. So How can you help me.
