cancel contract

i am on a 30 day contract ive been using it on and off since last june due to problems with my other network (vodafone) i like to know how to cancel the contract as i no longer use it

You would need to call the team on 789 option 2 to sort this out

Hows your Virgin sim been ? Has the signal been okay?

the network was okay as i live in a villege but im a 1 million times better than vodafone the customer service  is better lol

yeah i think i might go on virgin when my contract runs out as im getting sick of vodafone plus you dont get spoken like a piece of crap by virgin than you do with vodafone and they are a lot nicer people

I think you should keep the Virgin sim too Smiley Wink

Virgins Customer service team like I say have a good reputation . They really are fair Smiley Happy

Maybe speak to Vodafone about cancelling theirs Smiley Happy

its a new contract so i will have to wait till 2018 for my contract to finish and i really am sick of it now it will cost me over £400 to cancel my contract

If you got this within the last 14 days then you would be able to return the handset to them Smiley Happy Im sure they have a returns policy to cancel .

I'm on a 24 months sim only contract, since September 2016. I want to cancel this change to a sim only 30 day rolling.

- How can I get this changed?
- How much will it cost me to cancel early?
- I want to keep the same number and possibly the same SIM card

To get this changed, you will need to call us on 789 or 0345 6000 789. If you're in a 24 month contract, you may need to pay a fee to opt out of this.

 

Keeping the same number and sim won't be an issue.
