Re: cancel contract

Hi Toots68

You can cancel providing you are within your 14 day cooling off period

you can only do this via the phone

You can call the team on 0800 183 1150

Hope this helps

Re: cancel contract

If you are outside your 14 day period and you have 12 months to go then you would have to pay the "buyout fee" which is the remainder of the contact

You MAY be able to lower the contract depending on the sort of agreement you are on.

If you are the freestyle agreement where the loan agreement is involved then you can alter the tariff as high or as low as you want

if you only pay 1 direct debit for everything all in then you would be limited on how low you can go Smiley Happy
