can't call 789 or 150 from my mobile

Wen I phone they both numbers it says that my mobile account is suspended call us anytime to discuss your account on 789
Plus my data has never worked either I've had to use wi-fi

Hi,

 

how did you sort this out? My account was suspended too and I can't log in online and I don't have another phone to call the other number and there ain't no virgin shop near either and I want to pay my bill.

Any help?

Thanks for posting your question here.

 

Due to security you would need to call us on 0345 6000 789 from another line to get this sorted out. If you have a Virgin landline you can call 150 and ask to be transferred.
