how did you sort this out? My account was suspended too and I can't log in online and I don't have another phone to call the other number and there ain't no virgin shop near either and I want to pay my bill.

Due to security you would need to call us on 0345 6000 789 from another line to get this sorted out. If you have a Virgin landline you can call 150 and ask to be transferred.
