can anyone help please

Hi. I'm new to this so bear with me. I have 2 monthly mobiles with virgin, one contract has expired and the other is due to expire Sept 16. I have recently changed my internet, phone line and tv to virgin. I tried to upgrade my mobile tonight and was turn down on the credit scoring, my credit score is low. But I've been with virgin mobile for years. Is there no loyalty to existing customers. Is there anyway round this ?
