broken phone

i have rung up virgin 3 times to get  my sony m4 fixed .i still havnt got the package to send it off for repair after 3 days,whats going on ,i have been a loyal customer for years,virgin are ok until things go wrong then they seem not to care ,i havnt had a phone now for a week.

This is mainly a self help forum, folks like me helping out where they can.

youll need to call in 0345 6000 789 from a land line or non Virgin Mobile 789 from a virgin mobile

The like for like would be that if the phone was broken and is beyond repair and is out of stock we would look to get a phone around the same specifications/price/colour, to our best ability.
