broken phone

I have just got a new phone, the experia m4 aqua, i have had it about 4-6 weeks and kept on having the network switching off, i have been in touch with virgin, and they sent me 2 sim cards, thinking that was the problem, it wasnt, so I sent the phone back, and they said the emei tab was missing and there was physical damage, 1st of all there is no way the tab was in the phone in the first place or i would surely of noticed it, secondly i have only had it over a month and it was back in the workshop for about 9 days

Re: broken phone

Hi Pamlamb

Unfortunately that is part of the warranty terms and conditions. If the IMEI tab is removed the warranty is void.Virgin mobile wouldn't have any say in this as this comes from the manufacturer them self.

However, if you contact Sony they might be able to help.

hope this helps
