iPhone has stopped connecting to 5G

In the last few months both of the iPhones in our house have stopped connecting to 5G - we live 100 metres from a mast and coverage should be excellent. I've got voice and data setting setting to 5G on, but it makes no difference.

Resolved! Mobile broadband

I have a Huawei E5573Bs-322 White (mobile broadband device).  I got an email to say that it be moving to O2 in August.  But will it work in the same way as a mobile phone?  Don't know if I will get the text the day before the change over?
