Mobile Account Problems

After all day getting my security key sorted and try to login to get access to my agreement no bloody luck also I really need to find my account number of this paper work so I can ring them if not I am lost for help.

Just spent 3 hrs being past from pillar to post, virgin to o2 and back to virgin and getting cut off trying to pay off my handset with no joy thinking I might just cancel the direct debit . Anyone had any luck contacting them?
