authentication problems on my email account

Its over a month now since the dreaded authentication problems on my email account, Virgin know its a problem but keep extending the fix date, has anybody called them to find out what is going on?

Hi

 

I am unable to access my contacts, I have intermittent faults with loading, sending and the system retrys, this has been like this since the 8th October, and the date for fixing the problem just keeps moving out.......it would be nice if Virgin took some responsibility and sorted it out quickly and efficiently, no doubt they will not be offering any compensation to there customers for the inconvenience?

I understand that you're frustrated with the issue. The team are working as hard as they can to get this all sorted for you.

 

As email is an add on service, we're unable to offer you compensation for the issue. I promise we're doing all we can to get it fixed.

yes same here .and i have only just got my new sim and cant open an account .been trying allday .not a good start so fare . not a happy sausage

Hi

Does anyone know what is happening with this problem? Previously my account was showing a problem with a resolution date of the 30th November, I checked just now and there are no service issues but my email account is still showing the same query and I am unable to go into my contacts.

nope i have spent abouit 30 mins to one of your staff trying to get a code to work .she tride 3 diferent codes .i have just now tride another and still wont accept the code  ..this has gone on now for weeks .Good By Virgin mobile  ..
