Re: airtime

Hi shellyg,

are you also a Virgin Media customer?

This would entitle you to unlimited Virgin Mobile to Virgin Mobile calls.

Re: airtime

Not quite. If you get TV, landline or broadband from Virgin Media, you get unlimited Virgin Mobile to Virgin Mobile minutes. If you are just with Virgin Mobile and get your broadband from (say) BT, your Virgin Mobile to Virgin Mobile minutes cost money or come out of your allowance.

The online account page is notoriously unreliable. I wouldn't be concerned with its indication of your allowance.
