activating my moto e authentication error

 Upset customer, reactivated my moto e, requested new number as I moved according to zipcode. Got the number from my account online. Cant get past waiting for initial programming to complete. Tried restting phone to factory default no luck. Tried PRL update authentication error. Says no Data connection. Extrememly frustrated paying for service that I'm not receiving. No customer sup[port numbers that are valid to reach a real person. Called 1888 322 1122 always connects me to boost mobile who can do nothing for me says my number is inactive. A big mickey mouse runaround when it comes to customer service, boy the phones sure sell at walmart. Went in to walmart where I bought the phone, they cant do anything to help me. You have my money, I have nothing that works. A disgruntled disabled veteran without a lifeline that's already paid for.
