Hello i have both broadband (5 year+) and mobile (2 year +) however my accounts are not linked as there was a problem at the mobile shop at the time. I would really like to be able to use the same email address as my broadband account to access my mobile. Could you also change the address on my mobile account so it is the same as my broadband as it won't let me upgrade and will just change provider as no one is helping me in customer services :-(
You would need to call us regarding this I'm afraid. If the email address is different, we will need to raise an IT ticket to delete this for you. The team will also be able to modify your new address.
