My mobile account has been suspended, i have phone twice and told them i would pay on the 17th, it is the 16th and my account has been suspended, i have tried to call 789 but it is not letting me all i am getting is hello it looks like your mobile account has been suspended, i dont have another phone to call them on so i am unsure what to do, is there any way virgin could call me on [phone number removed] so i could resolve this issue?

Sorry to hear you having difficulties getting in touch with us.

 

Due to security you would need to call us on 789 or 0345 6000 789 from another line. If you have a virgin landline you could call 150 for free and ask to be transferred.
