account hub

Its called an account Hub!

I have 3 mobiles and only 2 are on the hub, there used to be 3.

They say its impossible to move the 3rd back, i have to have a separate account, password to view this phones details!

 

RUBBISH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

that does not help as the account is in my name, paid for my me at my address, true for all 3 numbers!

virgin has taken a nuber from the "hub" and cannot put it back!

Virgin don't seem to be able to grasp the concept of customer service accross any of their platforms. Less money spent on advertising to get new customers and more on customer services, ie language issues etc, would be a start!
