Zero response to complaint

Hey there, howdy-doody,

I made a complaint to Virgin Mobile before Christmas.  You broke the law by using my mobile number for marketing when I had expressly stated you were not to do so.

You are meant to respond within 28 days but you are too busy pretending to be mates with customers to provide a minimum level of service.

This is the most appalling company I have ever dealt with.
