Yodel

THIS IS A FORMAL COMPLAINT 

I'm now on the THIRD day since my phone & sim were supposed to be delivered

Think the phone has been Stolen what is one supposed to do ?

  • Yodel - "We will have to let Virgin know that its missing/lost"
  • Virgin - "Oh it will be with you it says so on Yodels Site"

Was supposed to be delivered on 31st , according to tracking was with Yodel on 30th out for delivery on 31st so should have been with me by 9pm

And to top it all my Bill has been produced - Virgin cancel the bill and redo me a new phone and bill, plus compensation for the lack of phone use on the bill .

Sadly this is mainly a self help forum, if a staff member looks in it may be a few days before they do so, and they do not have your details and the forum rules against you adding that a post for your own data security. Now that's not helping, so your other options are call again raise as a complaint and ask for the complaint log number, or write into the address avaible vai the " contact us" option at the very bottom of this page.

this is a community forum, by and large for members to help and advise one another.

Not the place for a "FORMAL COMPLAINT"

Feel free to have a rant about Virgin or Yodel but to address your problem I suggest that you continue to contact Virgin customer services: 0345 6000 789.
