Yodel tracking number doesn't work!

I have been given a long number (no letters) by You at Virgin as a Yodel reference number. I have put this into Yodels tracking system to be told it is not recognised! Please respond urgently! Thanks.

I posted this in similar thread :

 

"The tracking will not work as that Email has the VM order number as the Yodel tracking number.

 

Its a ballsup that I reported back in April and Retentions CS confirmed."

Have you received your item from us?

 

I would recommend calling our mobile team on 789 or alternatively on 0345 6000 789 if you are still waiting.

I am facing the same problem. I have nt received the item yet, As per Virgin Mobile comms, it supposed to have arrived yesterday. The Yodel reference number does not work. Thank you for sharing the Customer care number and I will talk to them
