"The tracking will not work as that Email has the VM order number as the Yodel tracking number.

I am facing the same problem. I have nt received the item yet, As per Virgin Mobile comms, it supposed to have arrived yesterday. The Yodel reference number does not work. Thank you for sharing the Customer care number and I will talk to them
