Just took delivery of nice new Z5, put sim in and switched on... worked fine (and got text from Virgin about allowances being refreshed)
Set up etc... and then got software upgrade pop up which I did, phone rebooted and now constantly saying no SIM card
Have re-inserted, checked, double checked, etc... and still no joy anyone had similar?

I'm really sorry that you're having some issues with the sim since you updated the phone. I want to get this all sorted for you.
Can you let me know if you're able to try the sim in any other phone to see if this works? I'd also suggest a reboot of the phone to see if the settings refresh.
