My wife recently topped up her mobile phone(or thought she had), she asked the checkout to put £10 on her phone but to the Virgin networks instead of EE, is there anyway we can get this rectified?.
Thanks for your post on the Community Forum. Sorry to hear that there's been a mix-up with the top up credit for your wife's mobile.
She will need to go back to the shop she purchased this from and have it refunded, then reapplied to the correct mobile account.
