Wrong device

My phone has stopped working for calls texts and data sometime in the last week while I've been abroad. When I check my account I see it is linked to an old device of mine with incorrect (old) IMEI number - is this a known issue?

If your new phone was brought through Virgin you could ring in and request it to be updated on your account.

If the phone was not brought from Virgin, there's no chance of getting it updated on the account :-(

The one listed on my account is 3 models old.
