I've just got a new sim card for my phone and have transferred my old number but the number on the bill still shows the number that was originally on the sim. Also the number where the bill is sent is also the old sim number. I have tried to change it with the link on the bill page but it just reverts back. I've even tried to have it emailed but once again just reverts back.
I phone VM the other evening and was told they had changed it and leave it awhile and it would be correct on the bill page but no, it's still the same.
