its getting a bit stupid now, lies after lies with virgin. im a loayal customer i don't see why you guys dont offer 4g? are you even considering it?

VM can't even provide reliable 3G, so there's NO chance of ever getting 4G...
I have 2 phones, my own and a work phone. My phone on VM, works on Orange (part of EE)
My phone is H+ signal, my work phone is 3G.
My WORK phone has a stronger signal than my own phone,
My WORK phone loads a mobile internet page 1/3 FASTER (on 3G) than my own phone (which is SUPPOSED to be on a better band H+)
VM say that EE do not throttle or reduce signal to VM customers, but can't say why I have this problem
This is not just when I am at work, it is wherever I am, poor VM signal!!
So 4g?? NO WAY JOSE!!!!
Best 4G at the mo is on '3' son has it, signal is 5* speed 5* makes my H+ look sick, (works out cheaper as well) thinking of moving over to them if this persists and VM don't sort it out
I can understand your frustration of no 4G at this time. I'm afraid I've got no news on 4G currently.
