Re: Wi Fi & Other Problems

Hi rsauye

Sorry that you are unable to connect to your home wireless network.

Are you able to advise me of the new handset you have? I will be able to guide you through connecting to your home network.

We are aware of the issues with upgrading online, as an alternative you can call our Mobile team on 789 free from a Virgin Mobile or 0345 6000 789.

Thanks

Sam

Re: Wi Fi & Other Problems

Thanks for coming back to us rsauaye Smiley Happy

You can connect to a wireless network by going into Settings > Wi-FI> And selecting the network you want to connect to with the passcode.

The current phone you have should change online for you soon.

Let me know if you have any other queries.

Thanks,

Mat
