Why won't Virgin let my PayG phone log in in Tube stations?
When I try and connect to Virgin's free wifi service in Tube stations, my log-in attempts are usually rejected, though my phone is active and I have credit on my account. It does seem to recognise my account, but always says there's a problem with it. Any ideas?

I'm really sorry you're having trouble accessing Wi-Fi on the tube. If you're a Virgin Mobile customer, you'll be able to access Wi-FI free of charge. Are you able to pop all the relevant info in our form here?
