Why isn't my phone registering to a network in France?

Any ideas ? I have switched on roaming and also carried out a hard reboot but each time I select one of the two networks that show all I get is the message unable to connect at this time.😣

Sorry to hear you're having difficulties roaming while in France.

 

You will need to check roaming is active when you log into Your Account .

 

Click on plan and device

Click the tab manage services.

 

Make sure roaming is set to on here. If it isn't move the slider to on and click update. This will present you with a green success message. It may take up to 24hrs for this to go live on your account.

 

If you're still having difficulties after checking the above steps I would recommend calling our mobile team on +447953967967 from a working roaming phone or landline so we can take a further look into this for you.
