my PAYG mobile of many years now part of home package is not working in Cyprus for the 1st time ever. Are they connected? no connection with local network at all. I think I might switch back to PAYG
Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm really sorry to hear your mobile phone isn't able to connect to a network in Cyprus.
You can check if roaming is active via your online account. Please click here to log in and follow these steps:-
Online account > Plan and device > Manage services > Going abroad
If it shows it's turned off then please turn it on. A green message will appear. You'll need to wait 2-24 hours for this to be successful.
