Why have I been connected to EE for the last 5 days
Has anyone else had problems with loss of widgets, since last weekend 5/6 days I have been connected to EE instead of virgin. Have lost my calendar which is most inconvenient and my screen is completely different

Is it a Samsung handset?
They are rolling out a change to the operating system, nothing to do with Virgin (in my opinion, but others may differ).
Virgin are a virtual operator for EE, so the display of "EE" vs "Virgin" or "virgin" isn't a big problem and is unlikely to be the reason for your calendar problem. The "upgrade" may well be the issue. Assuming it is a Samsung, do your appointments come back when you relink the calendar to your gmail account?
