Why does the VM Wifi app have a min. £5 top-up limit?
I top up my virgin Mobile account £5 every month. I tried to register for VM wifi and get this message. There is £5 in it every month but then it goes down as I use it. Why isn't this sufficient to register it for this service?

Thanks for the update; it looks like you may be on one of our older Pay As You Go SIM cards. If you could give our team a ring we should be able to change this for you. We can be contacted on 789 from any Virgin Mobile, 150 from any Virgin landline or 0345 6000 789 from any other number.
