Hi Matt, we have not been able to connect to any network. We checked and know that we have quad band phones! We are now is USA and have no phones (can't call or text) for both our phones as they are both with Virgin. We also have an iPad which has a Virgin, no connection here unless we use WIfi! As you can imagine this has been extremely inconvenient. Look forward to your reply.
I'm really sorry that you're unable to access any network while roaming. You can now turn on roaming from your online account here. All you'll need to do is go to Plans and Devices > Manage Services > Enable roaming.
Hi Matt, as stated before we have tried setting the roaming function on our account. This has made absolutely no difference, we still have no phone or mobile data function. As you can imagine this has made life very difficult for us!!!!!!
as you can now imagine this will be a major complaint when we get home as we have paid for mobile and data functions o we the last 3 weeks and received no service - no value for money so we will be looking for recompense tictoff
